Eastern United States Chairman's Cup Table Tennis Tournament (Location: Philadelphia Table Tennis Association Table Tennis Court)

1. Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025 9am – 6:00pm

2. Location: 320 S. Broad St Lansdale, PA 19446

3. Usage: Abros Ball (3 stars)

4. Game content

Fasting: U900, U1100, U1300, U1500, U1700, U1900, Open

Doubles: U3500 Divided into 2 or 3 events depending on the number of registrants

5. Winners (each event) 1st, 2nd, 3rd place: Prizes provided (no 4th place)

6. Lunch, snacks and dinner are provided.

7. How to play

1) About the preliminary and final rounds

(1) The preliminary league for all matches is in principle composed of 4 players per group, but in some cases, it is composed of 3 players per group.

(2) The top 2 teams in the preliminary league advance to the final tournament.

(3) All matches are best-of-three.

2) About application deadline and group formation

(1) Even before the application deadline, all singles matches will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis with 32 applicants.

(2) The preliminary group formation is determined by rating order, and players from the same region are distributed.

(3) Events with 5 or fewer people may be adjusted by the organizer.

3) About the method of determining league rankings

(1) If two players have the same number of wins and losses, the player who won the match between the two players takes precedence.

(2) If 3 or more players have the same win or loss

(2-1) The score is determined by dividing the goals scored by the goals conceded in the game of the relevant players.

(2-2) If the situation in (2-1) is the same, the previous games in the league are counted as goals scored/lost. (2-3) If the situation in (2-2) is the same, the score is calculated in the same way.

(3) If no single score is recorded, the decision will be made at the meeting of the organizers.

4) About ratings

(1) The ratings of the Korea Table Tennis Association are given priority.

(2) If there is no rating from the Korea Table Tennis Association, the USA rating is recognized, and if there is no USATT rating, the association assigns a rating at its discretion.

(3) If there is a significant difference between the Fun Rating and the USA Rating, the organizer will assign a provisional rating.

5) About the game application

(1) You can participate in matches of your own level and matches of the next level higher.

(2) Each player can participate in a maximum of 2 singles matches and 1 doubles match (including open).

8. How to apply and pay the application fee

1) Apply by each branch. $50 for 2-stage 1-bok, or $20 per event (until April 19) (No refund of participation fee if not attended after application)
